SENSE.SEAT PRAISED BY EUROPEAN UNION COMMISSION

FOR BEING A GOOD PRACTICE EXAMPLE IN CONNECTING PRIVATE COMPANIES WITH RESEARCH AND ACADEMIC

The European Union Commission has publicly praised Sense.Seat as a good practice example on how innovative companies can work together with academic and research centers in order to bring to market new ideas.

Sense.Seat was presented to members of the Commission in the last Horizon2020 Committee meeting held in Portugal.

Members were briefed about the project, it’s approach, idea and outcome and were also able to try the first prototype.

Luca Marchetti from EU’s DG Regio and Jessica Vilela from EU’s DG Emploi were particularly enthusiastic with the level of innovation and viability the project offered, praising the idea, it’s unique design and usefulness for the market.
